My goal is to provide my customers with quality geckos and prompt customer service. When you make a purchase it doesn’t end there. I am always available to answer your questions, offer advice, and information for the life of the gecko. All emails will be returned within 24 hours. I also love updates and pictures.
I use UPS Next Day Air through http://www.shipyourreptiles.com/ to help reduce the shipping cost for our customers. Gecko/s will arrive in most cases before 10:30am. I can only ship on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. A tracking number will be emailed the day of shipment. I cannot ship geckos when the weather is bad or temperatures are below 40 degrees at night and/or exceed 80 degrees during the day at either location. When necessary the gecko/s will continued to be cared for at no additional cost to the customer until weather improves for shipping. I do not issue refunds in the event we cannot ship due to the weather. I cannot ship internationally at this time.
Gecko/s are guaranteed to arrive alive. In the event that a gecko is DOA you must contact me within 1 hour of arrival. Photographic proof will be required. If you cannot provide photographs you will be required to send the gecko back via next day air at your own expense. Guarantee is void if the package was not signed for on the first delivery attempt or I was not contacted within an hour of arrival.
Gecko Tails: Geckos drop their tails for time to time, sometimes for no apparent reason. As such, I cannot be held liable for tails dropped during shipping or anytime thereafter. I haven’t lost a tail yet in shipping, but it is always a possibility.
Please make sure that your paypal account reflects your actual shipping address. I will not ship to PO Box’s. I am not responsible for loss if an incorrect shipping address is provided. Someone must be at the shipping address on the day the package is scheduled to arrive, a signature will be required. I also require an email within 1 hour of the gecko’s arrival to confirm delivery.
Payment can be made through Paypal with either your personal bank account or credit card.
Every gecko I sell is guaranteed to be healthy. I offer a 14 day health guarantee. In the event that the animal begins to exhibit signs of a health issue you must contact me immediately so I try to help remedy the problem. In the event that the animal passes, a photograph as well as a letter from a licensed veterinarian detailing the illness and/or cause of death will be required. Guarantee will be void if gecko is not housed alone (quarantine period) or kept at improper temperatures.
Geckos are not guaranteed to be male or female unless specifically stated in their listing on the for sale page. If you determine that a gecko I guaranteed the sex on is incorrect please contact me immediately.
Colors of geckos can vary depending on temperature, stress level, and age. I strive to present my geckos as accurately as possible by taking pictures at night while they are fired up. I do not adjust the pictures in any way except to crop them. The same picture can also look different from one monitor to another. Due to this, I cannot guarantee the color of the gecko.
